Everything you order from us is covered in our 14 day satisfaction guarantee. We will accept a return of any item from you if you are unhappy with it and you return it promptly and in the same condition as when you received it.
If you need to return something, please contact us first so we know to expect it, and so we can check if we have a replacement in stock.
When you contact us we will agree to do one of the following –
1) Exchange the item(s) for others of the same value,
2) Give you a credit voucher for future purchases
3) Refund the cost of the order in full.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will send you the exchange/credit/refund.
If the reason you are unhappy is our fault, we will also refund your return postage costs in full.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
