We make every effort to ensure that our catalogues are always up to date and that you cannot buy items that are out of stock.
However should more than one person attempt to buy a stock item simultaneously this might result in the item being unavailable to one of those customers.
Should an item go out of stock between you placing it in your cart and paying for your order you will be notified of this before you make payment. These items will automatically be removed from your order. If you’d like us to inform you when those items are likely to be back in stock you can contact us via email or telephone and we can back order items for you.
Please bear in mind that if a product has been retired from production it is very unlikely we will be able to get any more in stock. Some items are hard to get hold of – Unique and Rare figures or Foil cards for example – so it might take us some time to get hold of them for you. We will try our best and let you know how we’re getting on.
If you would like to order an item that is not currently in stock simply email us to tell us. We will let you know how long it might take to get that item back in stock, and will let you know by email or phone when the item arrives.
Please also note that any orders containing pre-order items (i.e. items that are not yet released but are expected), will all be shipped together when the pre-order item comes into stock.
